About the Opportunity
We are seeking an exceptional Bar Manager to lead the beverage team from day one, assist with the design of the bar experience, and bring the vision to life of a landmark new restaurant within the Powerhouse Parramatta.
About the Role
You will take full ownership of the bar operation, delivering a unique beverage program and a dynamic service experience that reflects this iconic venue’s identity.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing a high performing bar team
- Creating and maintaining a compelling beer, spirit, cocktail and non alcoholic
beverage offering
- Managing stock, costs, ordering and bar operational standards
- Ensuring consistent, professional service during all service periods
- Working closely with the Venue Manager and restaurant leadership and oversight of all satellite bar operations within the retail offering
- Setting the tone and energy of the bar space in line with the brand and business principles
About You
You are an experienced Bar Manager who has successfully run busy, high standard bars and thrives in energetic environments.
You bring:
- Proven Bar Manager experience in a high volume, high expectation venue
- Strong cocktail and beverage knowledge with a creative yet professional approach
- Demonstrated ability to lead, train and motivate a bar team
- Commercial awareness and the ability to manage costs and stock effectively
- Energy, presence and personality suited to a high profile opening

Pay: Up to $95,000.00 per year
