Highly desirable skills and experience:
Proven leadership experience within an educational setting
Strong understanding of curriculum design, assessment, and quality assurance
Experience of leading teams and managing staff performance effectively
Ability to analyse data and use it to inform strategic decisions
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Experience in safeguarding, student support, and promoting positive outcomes
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across stakeholders
