What you'll be doing
The purpose of this position is to provide strategic communications, reporting and stakeholder engagement expertise to Population Health Promotion. The role supports the translation of service priorities, strategic directions, Ministry of Health (MoH) requirements, program outcomes and performance information into communication and engagement approaches that strengthen the visibility, credibility and influence of Population Health Promotion.
Working in partnership with the Director, Operations Manager and Program Managers, the position leads service-wide communication and reporting activities, develops communication and reporting frameworks, and provides expert advice on how information is communicated to maximise stakeholder understanding, engagement and influence.
The role works across all Population Health Promotion program areas and requires broad knowledge of population health and prevention practice rather than specialist expertise in any individual program stream.
