Bahia Family Restaurants is a McDonald’s franchise.
Given the needs of the business, we now require a full-time Retail Manager to join our busy team.
The successful candidate will be required to work out of our premises in Kippax / Holt / Charnwood ACT.
The duties and responsibilities of the Retail Manager position include:
- Overseeing the overall day-to-day operations of the store and ensuring service standards are met.
- Inventory management including overseeing stock levels and ordering
- Preparing and managing budgets, tracking expenses and liaising with senior management re. financial goals of the business.
- Providing excellent customer service including tending to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Maintaining store presentation.
- Ensuring the business complies with relevant laws, including Workplace Health and Safety policies.
- Selecting, training and supervision / upskilling of staff.
The successful candidate will have the following:
§ Associate-Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma and one (1) year full-time relevant work experience; OR
§ Three (3) years of full-time work experience.
A base salary of $77,000.00 (per annum, plus superannuation) will be offered to the successful candidate.
The successful candidate must also be passionate, proactive and have an eye for detail.
