What You’ll Be Doing
As a Service Manager you will:
- Efficiently manage & direct all aspects of the workshop operations.
- Ensure the highest level of service is provided to our customer base.
- Ensure delivery of key performance indicators including productivity, efficiency, rework, WIP and Billing Cycle
- Lead, coach and develop a team of workshop employees.
- Provide leadership, guidance & training to the service team.
- Continuously develop & implement strategies to improve maintenance & service effectiveness.
- Deliver expert service and support to our customers and partners
Contribute to a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who:
- Extensive experience in a management position within a workshop environment with heavy machinery is a must.
- Proven ability to build relationships with customers, fellow work colleagues and management.
- Strong leadership skills including outstanding communication (verbal and written) and motivational skills.
- Financial management including managing budgets.
- Ability to evaluate and assess operations and respond to changing needs.
- Strong computer skills
- Is safety conscious, solutions focused, and ready to grow
