Skills and Experiences:
What You'll Do
- Direct the evening bar crew with confidence, acting as the primary point of contact for shift logistics and customer service.
- Inspire the team to reach an elite benchmark of guest interaction, turning casual visitors into raving fans of our service.
- Oversee daily stock procurement, tap line maintenance, and immaculate visual merchandising across the entire bar front.
- Craft exceptional specialty coffees and creative cocktail options with speed, precision, and an engaging customer focus.
- Maintain a pristine and legally compliant venue by coordinating daily cleaning checklists and essential back-of-house dishwashing.
About You
- Holding a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol qualification with a positive commitment to safe, compliant, and pristine bar operations.
- Bringing certified barista credentials and a deep, practical obsession with grinder calibration, extraction times, and perfect espresso execution.
- Radiating natural leadership warmth, an upbeat personality, and an authentic, "best for the guest" approach to hospitality service.
- Navigating busy airport transit peaks with effortless composure, sharp critical thinking, and a highly motivating floor presence.
