About the role
This is a role where your communication skills directly shape the experience customers have every time they bring their Suzuki, Isuzu or Hyundai vehicle in for service or repair.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Greeting customers and managing vehicle bookings across the Suzuki, Isuzu and Hyundai franchises, so you become a familiar and trusted face in the service department
- Liaising between customers and the workshop team, giving you visibility across the full service process and the chance to build genuine knowledge across three respected brands
- Preparing and presenting repair estimates and invoices accurately, building your confidence in the commercial side of automotive service
- Following up with customers throughout the repair process, so no one is left wondering about the status of their vehicle
- Identifying additional service needs and presenting them clearly, contributing to workshop performance and your own earning potential
- Handling customer concerns with care and professionalism, developing skills that are valued across the automotive industry
About You
You are someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and can stay calm and organised when multiple priorities are in play across a busy multi-brand service environment.
More about you:
- Previous experience in a service advisor or customer-facing automotive role is what sets you apart here, and familiarity with Hyundai, Isuzu or Suzuki products is a real advantage
- Clear, confident communication comes naturally to you, whether face to face, on the phone, or in writing
- Comfortable working with dealer management systems, with the ability to learn Penfold's internal platforms quickly
- A current driver's licence is essential for this role
- You bring a team-oriented approach, understanding that a well-run service department is a collective effort
