As we continue to grow, we are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused office administrator to join our team.
Your key duties:
● Manage daily customer communication and support.
● Oversee day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and administrative support.
● Coordinate communication between departments (factory, installation, and sales teams).
● Manage documentation, invoices, purchase orders, and job files.
● Support management with HR-related tasks such as timesheets, onboarding, and compliance.
● Maintain inventory and office supplies.
● Assist in client communication, and project tracking.
● Ensure the office runs efficiently and reflects the company’s professional standards.
What you’ll need to succeed:
● Previous experience working with a stone manufacturer is highly desirable.
● Administrative Support: experience in providing general admin support in a fast-paced environment.
● Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
● Excellent communication both written and verbal and interpersonal abilities, not negotiable.
● Accounts Work: Preferably some experience with accounts, including Xero invoicing and Zoho CRM management.
