We are seeking a dedicated and caring Lead Montessori Guide to join our 0-3 Community in a permanent full-time role. This position requires availability 7:00am to 2:30pm, Monday to Friday.
You will be allocated 3 hours a week programming, which is flexible to suit your preference to complete before or after your shift, plus 30 minutes non-contact each morning to ensure your room environment is prepared for the children.
You will be supported by two (2) full-time assistant educators and one (1) lunch/programming cover assistant.
About You

Our Room Leader must:
- be able to work full-time Monday to Friday 7:00am to 2:30pm (maximum of 38 hours per week)
- have experience as a Room Leader in a Montessori environment;
- hold Montessori 0-3 qualification;
- hold Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent approved by ACECQA);
- have an understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standard;
- hold a current Blue Card (or be eligible to obtain a Blue Card); and
- hold current First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certificates (or be able to obtain these certificates).
To work at our Centre, you must:
- be an Australian citizen;
- be an Australian permanent resident;
- be a New Zealand citizen with a valid New Zealand passport who is eligible for a Special Category Visa (subclass 444); or
- currently hold an Australian Temporary Skill Shortage Visa (subclass 482). We are an approved business sponsor and will pay for all Australia Government costs associated with you changing employers and your visa being sponsored by us. If you are required to reimburse your employer for visa associated costs when you terminate your employment contract, we will pay these costs for you.
About Us
We are a family-owned and operated Montessori Long Daycare Centre located in Burpengary, Queensland. Our purpose-built facility, established in August 2022, is dedicated to nurturing children’s development through the Montessori philosophy. We cater to children aged 6 months to school age across our Nido, Infant, and Children’s House communities.
Our Centre fosters a supportive, collaborative work environment and operates from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and a two-week closure over Christmas/New Year.
