At Nexus Rehab, we're growing a team of Rehabilitation Consultants who put people before targets. If you want real work-life balance, genuine mentoring, and the chance to make a measurable difference in someone's recovery, we want to hear from you.
About Nexus Rehab
Nexus Rehab is a SIRA-accredited workplace rehabilitation provider, supporting injured workers across NSW back to health, function and meaningful work. We're a collective of passionate health professionals driven by compassion and a determination to make a real, positive difference. Our mission is to help individuals recover, rebuild, and return to life with confidence. We work alongside doctors, allied health practitioners, employers and insurers to deliver person-centred, capacity-focused rehabilitation.
Does This Sound Like You?
- Are you an OT, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Psychologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor — new graduate or seasoned clinician — looking for your next move?
- Have you worked in personal injury or occupational rehab before, and are you over the treadmill of service level agreements that leave no room for actual client care?
- Do you want to coach, motivate and genuinely walk alongside people through recovery, not just tick boxes?
- Are you searching for a role that respects your time as much as it does your expertise?
- Does working somewhere that puts people before profit actually matter to you?
If you nodded along, keep reading.
