About the Role
As a Barista at Cubes.Co, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment for Members, Visitors, and Clients. You will be responsible for delivering consistently high-quality coffee and beverages while providing exceptional customer service and hospitality throughout the centre.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about coffee, enjoys engaging with people, and takes pride in creating memorable customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve high-quality specialty coffee and beverages.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and hospitality to Members, Visitors, and Clients.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming café environment.
- Ensure coffee machines and equipment are maintained to a high standard.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies.
- Support hospitality requirements for meetings, events, and client functions.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety standards.
- Work collaboratively with the team to create an outstanding customer experience.
What we're looking for

Minimum 2–3 years' Barista experience in a café, hospitality, or customer-facing environment.
- Proven ability to prepare high-quality specialty coffee consistently and efficiently.
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and milk texturing.
- Passion for customer service and hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene requirements.
- Professional presentation and a positive, can-do attitude.
