$131,911 - $142,056 salary package - includes base salary ($116,219 - $125,15, plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role
The Systems Administrator position is responsible for operating, developing, administering, and integrating TAFE NSW platforms to support the Systems Group and organisational business requirements.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring the reliability, performance and security of enterprise systems. You will manage day-to-day platform operations, contribute to system enhancements, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet evolving business needs.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex issues, deliver system integrations, and support projects that enhance platform capability and user experience.
About You
You excel in collaborating with Systems Administrators, technical specialists, and business stakeholders to ensure the effective day-to-day operations and successful delivery of system integrations and enhancements. Your expertise in platform-specific monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting ensures optimal system performance. You have experience in supporting key operational activities, including installations and testing, and using agile methodologies.
You are confident liaising with business users to understand requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions, clearly communicating complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders. You build strong working relationships across teams, take ownership of systems and issues, and proactively identify risks while driving solutions through to completion. Thriving in a dynamic environment, you continuously seek opportunities to improve system performance, automation and efficiency.
HIGHLY REGARDED
- Proven experience administering and supporting enterprise CRM platforms, particularly with Oracle Service Cloud
- Strong capability to support and enhance a broader CRM function in an evolving environment, underpinned by a solid understanding of business processes, service delivery, data, and future operating needs
