About the Role
We’re looking for motivated, confident, and driven individuals to join our growing solar team as Door-to-Door Sales Representatives.
Your role is simple: knock on doors, speak with homeowners, and generate qualified solar leads. You won’t be responsible for closing the sale—your focus is simply booking qualified opportunities for our sales team.
This is a commission-only position with uncapped earning potential, perfect for people who are competitive, self-motivated, and want to be rewarded for their effort.
What You’ll Do
- Door knock in assigned residential areas.
- Speak with homeowners about the benefits of switching to solar.
- Identify qualified homeowners interested in learning more.
- Submit qualified leads through our system.
- Represent the company professionally at all times.
Pay
- Commission Only
- Earn $30–$50 per qualified lead.
- Uncapped earning potential.
- Weekly payouts.
