The Role
As a Digital Partnerships Manager, you'll lead the planning, implementation, optimisation and reporting of digital media campaigns across Australian Government clients. You'll work closely with Associate Directors, Client Teams, Strategy teams and specialist partners to create and deliver integrated digital solutions that drive measurable outcomes. This role requires expertise across programmatic, social and search platforms, stakeholder leadership, team management and operational excellence. You'll be expected to act as a trusted digital advisor, campaign leader and mentor to junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the planning, activation, optimisation and reporting of digital media campaigns across a portfolio of Australian Government clients.
- Act as a trusted digital advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and translating digital solutions into clear business outcomes.
- Develop digital strategies across programmatic, social and search, ensuring campaigns are aligned to client objectives and measurable outcomes.
- Oversee end-to-end campaign delivery, ensuring activity is executed accurately, on time and to best-practice standards
- Manage campaign optimisation, using performance data and insights to identify opportunities to improve effectiveness, efficiency and results.
- Build strong relationships across clients, internal teams and specialist partners to ensure seamless and integrated campaign delivery.
- Coach and develop Digital Partnerships Executives and Associates, supporting their growth, confidence and capability.
- Oversee campaign reporting, budgets, bookings and financial processes, ensuring accuracy, strong governance and compliance with Australian Government requirements.
Who Are You?
- 3+ years' experience across programmatic, social and search, ideally within an agency environment.
- Experienced in managing digital campaigns from strategy and planning through to activation, optimisation and reporting.
- Confident managing client relationships, with the ability to provide strategic advice, manage expectations and build trust with senior stakeholders.
- Data-driven and commercially minded, with experience analysing campaign performance, identifying optimisation opportunities and turning insights into clear recommendations.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
