About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager – Risk & Governance, you will play a key role in leading enterprise risk, compliance, governance and quality assurance across MACG.
Working closely with operational, clinical and executive leaders, you'll help ensure we meet our regulatory obligations while driving continuous improvement and strengthening governance systems across the organisation.
Your responsibilities will include:

Enterprise risk management

Regulatory compliance and provider registration

Internal audit and assurance

Clinical governance and quality reporting

Board and Executive reporting

Policy governance and continuous improvement

Accreditation readiness and regulatory engagement
About You
You will be a confident and collaborative leader who enjoys building relationships and translating complex legislation into practical business outcomes.
You'll bring:

Experience in governance, risk, compliance, quality or health management.

Strong knowledge of the aged care regulatory environment.

Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

A passion for continuous improvement and resident-centred care.
Essential Qualifications

Degree qualification in Nursing, Health Management, Governance, Risk Management, Business or a related discipline.

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
