Therapeutic Specialist
Location: Kununurra
Hours: Fulltime, 38-hour week, Monday - Friday, some WFH
About the role
Lead therapeutic care for Children and Young People in OOHC. Manage a caseload and embed trauma-informed, culturally responsive practice. Guide Care Teams, drive case goals, and deliver hands-on therapeutic support under clinical supervision.

Duties
Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Conduct assessments and set intervention plans
- Deliver trauma-informed therapeutic support
- Lead Care Team meetings and guide practice
- Manage risk, compliance, and reporting
- Collaborate with stakeholders and courts
Skills & Experience
- Degree in Psychology, Social Work, OT, or MH Nursing
- 5+ years in therapeutic/OOHC settings • Current AHPRA or relevant registration
- NDIS and disability pathway knowledge
- Driver licence and probity checks
