Join Our Team – Reception & Member Experience
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing, and reliable team member to join our Muay Thai gym!

Hours:
- Monday: 5:30 PM – 8:30 PM
- Wednesday: 5:30 PM – 8:30 PM
- Thursday: 5:30 PM – 8:30 PM
About the Role:You’ll be the friendly face of our gym, helping create an amazing experience for both new and existing members.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting members and visitors with a warm, friendly attitude
- Checking members in and assisting with enquiries
- Answering phone calls, emails, and social media messages
- Assisting with memberships and bookings
- Keeping the reception area clean, organised, and welcoming
- Supporting the coaches with general administrative tasks when needed
We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:
- Outgoing, bubbly, and confident
- Reliable and punctual
- Well presented and professional
- Great at communicating with people of all ages
- Comfortable using a computer and social media
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- Passionate about fitness or martial arts (preferred but not essential)
