Job Description
As a Health Relationship Manager – Dust North, you’ll play a pivotal role in connecting healthcare communities with access to justice. Working within our Personal Injury division, you’ll partner closely with legal teams, healthcare professionals, unions and advocacy groups to build awareness, strengthen relationships and drive meaningful client outcomes.
In this role, you’ll lead strategic relationship development across healthcare and occupational health networks, increasing referral pathways and supporting individuals affected by occupational lung disease. You’ll also deliver clinical support services to clients, helping them navigate complex treatment journeys, while collaborating internally to ensure exceptional, holistic support.
This is a unique opportunity to combine business development, health expertise and purpose-driven work—expanding our reach while making a genuine difference in people’s lives.
If you are passionate about helping people when they are going through a hard time, then this is the role for you.
What we are looking for
We’re looking for a commercially minded relationship builder who thrives on creating meaningful partnerships and driving growth. You bring a strong background in business development or account management, with the ability to translate strategy into action and deliver measurable outcomes.
You’re confident engaging with a wide range of stakeholders—from healthcare providers and peak bodies to internal legal teams—and you know how to build trust, influence outcomes and unlock new opportunities. With excellent communication and presentation skills, you’re equally comfortable delivering educational sessions, facilitating events or developing compelling engagement strategies.
Highly organised and adaptable, you can manage multiple priorities and projects while maintaining a clear focus on results. You take ownership, work both autonomously and collaboratively, and approach challenges with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
Most importantly, you’re driven by purpose—motivated to improve client outcomes, grow impactful partnerships and continually seek better, more innovative ways of working in a dynamic environment.
