Are you ready to be at the heart of a multi-year transformation shaping the future of commercial retail trading?
As a Senior Commercial Analyst in our Customer Offer Reset team, you will partner closely with commercial leaders to unlock valuable insights and shape key commercial decisions. Working collaboratively within a multi-year transformation program, your analytical work will directly support high-impact initiatives, elevate team capabilities, and help build a Centre of Excellence that equips our retail operations for long-term success.
What You'll Do
Support commercial transformation by working alongside team leads to translate strategic goals into clear, actionable analysis.
Help uncover margin and growth opportunities across pricing, range, COGS, and supplier investment through detailed data modeling.
Maintain momentum across transformation projects by tracking outcomes, monitoring progress, and assisting with project alignment.
Enable commercial teams with user-friendly tools, standardized processes, and analytical frameworks that improve speed and decision-making.
Partner with Category Managers, analytics teams, and transformation leads to ensure seamless data flow and tool iteration.
Prepare clear, insight-led presentations and data summaries to assist leaders in governance forums and strategic discussions.
Contribute to a supportive and collaborative team culture where cross-functional partners work together to deliver shared outcomes.
What You'll Bring
Proven experience leveraging data and analytics to support commercial outcomes, particularly across pricing, COGS, or range analysis.
Strong background in a retail or commercial environment with a solid understanding of fundamental business drivers.
Hands-on technical capability with analytics tools including BigQuery, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Google Sheets.
Collaborative problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, practical insights for stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills, capable of sharing insights clearly and building strong working relationships with Category Managers and project leads.
A team-oriented mindset and passion for collaboratively contributing to impactful organizational change.
