WE’RE HIRING – CLIENT RELATIONSHIP SPECIALIST & DELIVERY DRIVER
Kasa Coffee is looking for a passionate, reliable, and motivated person to join our team as a Client Relationship Specialist & Delivery Driver.
This is a 3-day-per-week casual role, combining customer relationship management with coffee deliveries across South East Queensland.
The Role
2 days per week as a Client Relationship Specialist
- Visiting cafés and customers
- Providing coffee training and support
- Building strong customer relationships
- Assisting customers to improve coffee quality and consistency
- Supporting account growth and customer retention
- 1 day per week as a Delivery Driver
- Delivering coffee and consumables to our customers
- Using a company-supplied delivery van
- Ensuring orders are delivered accurately and on time
To Be Successful In This Role, You Must:
✅ Have strong barista skills and know how to make consistently great coffee✅ Be confident training café staff and improving coffee quality✅ Have excellent customer service and communication skills✅ Enjoy building relationships with café owners and staff✅ Hold a current driver’s licence✅ Have your own reliable vehicle for customer visit days✅ Be organised, reliable, and able to work independently✅ Have a positive attitude and represent the Kasa Coffee brand professionally
