We're Hiring: Plumbing Supervisor – Lead From the Front

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Plumbing Division
- Plan, schedule and oversee maintenance, service and construction works
- Manage projects from commencement through to completion ensuring quality, cost and timeline objectives are achieved
- Prepare quotations for maintenance works and service contracts
- Monitor project performance and compliance through SimPro
- Maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service
- Lead, mentor and develop plumbing team
- Work closely with our HSEQR team to ensure all safety, quality and compliance requirements are met
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and division growth
What We're Looking For
- Australian Citizenship is essential to obtain a Defence Common Access Card (DCAC)
- Current Plumbing Contractor Licence advantageous but not essential
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a Plumbing Supervisor or leading hand role
- Experience coordinating maintenance and construction projects
- Strong communication, organisational and leadership skills
- Experience mentoring team members and managing tradespeople
- Ability to prepare quotations and scope works
- Experience with SimPro or similar job management software is desirable
- Commitment to safety, quality workmanship and professional standards
