Head Cleaner — Jim's Cleaning (Inner Sydney)

We are a Jim's Cleaning franchise servicing inner Sydney, part of one of Australia's most recognised and trusted home services brands. Our work covers both residential homes and commercial premises, and our reputation is built on reliability, presentation and consistently high standards. As the business grows, we are looking for a Head Cleaner to lead our day-to-day operations on the ground.
This is a hands-on position. You will complete cleaning work across a varied run of residential and commercial sites, set the standard for quality, and work directly alongside the Franchise Owner to grow the business. It suits someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys autonomy, and wants a pathway into a bigger role as the operation expands. What we provide

Essential Requirements:
- Current New South Wales driver's licence, or willingness to obtain one prior to commencement
- Full working rights in Australia (Australian citizen, permanent resident, or a valid visa with unrestricted work rights)
- Demonstrated experience in residential and/or commercial cleaning
- High attention to detail and pride in the finished result
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills and a professional manner with clients
- Physically able to perform the requirements of the role, including standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting equipment
Desirable but not essential:
- Familiarity with end-of-lease and commercial cleaning specifications
- Previous cleaning experience of 6-12 months
