About the Role
As a Sales Executive, you will act as a trusted Mercedes-Benz ambassador, delivering a personalised and premium customer experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery and ongoing ownership.
Working across our New Vehicle, Pre-Owned Vehicle and Van portfolios, you will develop lasting customer relationships while helping clients find the perfect Mercedes-Benz to suit their lifestyle and needs.
In this role, you will:

Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing Mercedes-Benz customers

Deliver a personalised, end-to-end sales experience across our New Vehicle, Pre-Owned and Van ranges

Present and demonstrate the latest Mercedes-Benz vehicles with confidence and expert product knowledge

Capitalise on an exciting pipeline of approximately 40 new model launches over the next 24 months

Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets while maintaining brand integrity

Manage customer leads, follow-ups and sales pipeline activity through CRM systems

Coordinate vehicle deliveries to create a memorable ownership experience

Ensure compliance with dealership processes, Mercedes-Benz Australia standards and regulatory requirements

Collaborate closely with Finance & Insurance, Service and Delivery teams

Represent Mercedes-Benz Hornsby with professionalism and enthusiasm in every customer interaction
To be successful, you will have:

Previous experience in automotive sales or luxury retail sales (automotive highly regarded)

Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills

A polished and professional communication style

A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

A customer-first mindset and enthusiasm for the Mercedes-Benz brand

Proven ability to achieve sales targets and negotiate effectively

The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities

Experience using CRM systems and digital sales tools

A current and valid driver's licence
