Casual Disability Support Worker - In-Home Care

At Caring Supports for You, we’re passionate about empowering individuals to live independently and achieve their goals. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for flexible and reliable casual support workers to join our team as floaters across our community and in-home supports.
Hours Required - 10:00am - 12:00pm - 6:00pm - 8:00pm 7 Days a week
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the participant in their home with daily living tasks (meal prep, light domestic duties, personal care if required)
- Assisting with community access (appointments, shopping, social activities)
- Promoting independence and supporting participants to achieve their goals
- Following care plans and behaviour support strategies
- Completing clear and accurate shift notes
- Building positive relationships with participants and their support networks
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in disability or community support (highly desirable)
- Confidence working independently in community settings
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to different participants and environments
- Reliability, flexibility, and a positive attitude
- A genuine passion for supporting others
Essential Requirements
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Formal qualifications (Certificate III and above)
- Working With Children Check
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
- Current Police Check
- Full working rights in Australia

Pay: $24.95 – $50.75 per hour
Education:
- Certificate I - IV (Preferred)
Experience:
- Working with people with disability: 2 years (Preferred)
