The Adults Using Family Violence Team Leader – Orange Door plays a critical leadership role within the Family Violence Program at Bayside Health – Peninsula Care Group. Based primarily in Frankston, this position supports an integrated, multi‑agency workforce at The Orange Door while providing direct supervision to Bayside Health Men’s Practitioners. You’ll bring specialist expertise in working with adults using family violence, overseeing intake, risk assessment and triage, and ensuring high‑quality, evidence‑based practice. Working closely with other Team Leaders and partners, you’ll lead with confidence, strengthen staff capability, and help deliver coordinated responses that improve safety and wellbeing for individuals, families, and the broader community.
