About the opportunity
We are seeking multiple Executive Services Officers to support a critical period of preparation for the upcoming academic semester. These roles will play a key part in ensuring teaching allocations are accurately entered, validated, and finalised in preparation for the upcoming academic period.
This is a fast-paced, detail-focused role that combines high-volume data processing with stakeholder engagement, providing an opportunity to work closely with faculty members while contributing to an essential university-wide process.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- accurately input and manage teaching allocation data
- review and validate large datasets, identifying and resolving discrepancies
- provide 1:1 support and consultations to faculty members on system usage
troubleshoot issues and support users in navigating the platform effectively.

- demonstrated attention to detail with strong data accuracy skills
- proven ability to manage large volumes of data and meet tight deadlines
- strong time management and organisational skills
- confident communicator with the ability to support and guide stakeholders
- proactive problem-solver with the ability to identify and resolve issues
- displays initiative and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively .
