Who We're Looking For:
We're seeking dedicated and empathetic individuals who possess the following qualities:
- Compassion: Genuine empathy and a caring nature to support clients with kindness and understanding.
- English proficiency
- Must have complex care experience of 4-5 years
- You must be strong physically
- Must have experience in the implementation of positive behaviour management strategies
- Peg feeding experience would be advantageous but not a must
Candidates must have or be willing to obtain the following:
- NDIS Screening Check
- WWCC
- Driver's License
- Access to a reliable vehicle with minimum Third Party Insurance
- Current First Aid & CPR certification
