- 5+ years of project management experience in software implementation

Demonstrated success delivering Salesforce projects across multiple methodologies

Experienced in proactively identifying, managing, and reporting on project risks to ensure transparency, accountability, and timely resolutions

Experience working with cross-functional teams in complex, enterprise environment

Experience in delivering fixed cost projects in a fast paced environment

Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills

Familiarity with Agile frameworks like Scrum and SAFe

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication

A passion for continuous improvement—for teams, processes, and outcomes

Bonus: Salesforce certifications or hands-on experience in Salesforce consulting
