Salary: 63 - 68k (based on experioence)
Key Responsibilities
- Run and manage all warehouse operations to ensure productivity and efficiency
- Operate reach trucks safely and effectively
- Oversee and assist with pick packing and order dispatch
- Use RF scanning systems to manage stock movements accurately
- Manage invoicing, inventory control, and stock accuracy
- Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and best practices
- Handle administration tasks related to warehouse operations and reporting
- Lead, support, and coordinate warehouse staff
About You
- Certificate III or IV in Warehousing and Logistics (required)
- Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory or senior role
- Strong hands-on experience with reach truck operation (valid licence preferred)
- Experience with RF scanning systems and inventory management software
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills
- Competency in administration, reporting, and auditing processes
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
