Fremantle Stays WA | Casual Position
Fremantle Stays WA is looking for a reliable, detail-focused Property Quality Checker to inspect our short-stay properties after cleaning and ensure they are fully prepared for arriving guests.
This is a hands-on checking and presentation role. Physical job and VERY dynamic . You will report to the Property Manager
Responsibilities
- Inspecting properties after completed cleans
- Checking styling, presentation and overall cleanliness
- Ensuring each property is fully guest-ready
- Completing property inspection checklists
- Photographing and reporting cleaning or maintenance issues
- Reporting maintenance concerns to the Property Manager
- Occasionally asking cleaners to rectify missed items before guest arrival
- Checking that linen, amenities and property presentation meet Fremantle Stays WA standards
- minor maintenance eg light globe changes, batteries
- Restocking properties with amenities
- Any other jobs required for the guests arrival
About the role
- Casual position
- Approximately two days per week Tuesdays/Thursdays 9am-3pm approx
- Additional availability may be required during busy periods or while the Property Manager is on leave
- Work is primarily located in and around Fremantle
- Hospitality Industry (General) Award
- Travel allowance of $1.01 per kilometre for approved work-related travel
You will need
- A reliable car and current driver’s licence
- A mobile phone with a camera
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and time-management skills
- The ability to work independently and follow checklists
- Flexibility to respond to last-minute changes
- To live close to Fremantle or the surrounding area
- enjoy a busy work day and be willing to help put when needed.
