About the Role:
We are seeking multiple Support Workers to join our team and provide steady, reliable work. You can potentially work up to 25-35 hours per week, providing In home & Community Support.
Responsibilities:
- Community and Social Access: Transport to and from medical/therapy appointments, advocacy, social access, participation in activities that express personal interests
- Personal Care: Assisting with minor Self Care Activities.
- Activities of Daily Living: Therapy-led activities, hobbies, advocacy
- Domestic Assistance: General tidying, meal preparation.
- Duty of Care: Maintain diligence throughout the shift to ensure the client is supported when needed
About You:
- Flexible availability across mornings, evenings, overnights, and weekends
- An approachable personality that keeps things light and fun while maintaining a client-centered focus
- Own car and driver's license
- First Aid Certificate (or willing to obtain)
- NDIS Workers Screening Clearance (or willing to obtain)
- National Police Check (or willing to obtain)
- Working with Children Clearance (or willing to obtain)
- Desired: Manual Handling Certificate
