We're looking for a motivated and organised Junior Paralegal to join our Legal & Governance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone seeking to build their experience in legal administration, office support or professional services while working in a welcoming and collaborative environment.
This is a permanent, part-time position (2 days per week) based at our Kenmore Head Office.

You'll be involved in:

Processing intake forms, checklists and file administration tasks.

Maintaining electronic records and legal files.

Coordinating correspondence and preparing documents and reports.

Scheduling meetings, appointments and interviews.

Preparing agendas, taking minutes and tracking actions.

Assisting with legal documentation and regulatory submissions.

Conducting basic research and maintaining accurate records.

Providing administrative support to the Legal Team and internal stakeholders.
What you will bring to our team:

Previous administration, customer service, office support or legal administration experience.

A positive and organised approach, with a focus on completing work accurately and efficiently.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Confidence using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word and Excel.

Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.

Positive, professional and collaborative approach.

Desire to learn and grow within a legal and compliance environment.
Experience in administration or a professional services environment, along with studies or qualifications towards law, paralegal services, business administration or a related field would be advantageous but is not essential.
Additional requirements:

Hold or be willing to obtain a current National Police Check prior to commencement.

Hold or be willing to obtain a Licensing and Screening (LCS) clearance.
