In the role of a Senior Analyst, Production Support, you will join our Data Platforms Team that’s doubling down on owning it and moving with speed.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to ensure:
- Stability of platform (indicators: CHF and Security Big Rock measures)
- Incidents and problems are resolved within SLA
- That overnight batch jobs complete within SLA
- That Service Requests are prioritised and actioned in priority order
- That appropriate comms is sent to stakeholders
- Changes are correctly deployed into production
- Contribution to the delivery of goals in-line with the Group Investigations and Fraud strategy
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Extensive Technology experience with demonstrated experience in application development and / or support roles
- Experience with leading small teams, including offshore teams
- Experience in providing technology client service
- Proven ability to use relevant data analytics approaches and tools to problem-solve and trouble-shoot
- Expert level SQL is required
- Experience with data warehouse and other data repositories
- Proficiency in CTRL M and TWS OPC is required (or similar batch automation tools)
- Proficiency in mainframe technology including COBOL and JCL.
- Proficiency with ServiceNow or similar toolset
- Ability to take the lead and make decisions during incident management situations to provide best chance for the platform to meet its SLAs.
