Are you a passionate Psychologist looking to make a meaningful impact in a unique Primary healthcare setting with no Medicare Billing?
We’re looking for Psychologists who are keen to join a multidisciplinary team and deliver high-quality care to Defence members.
Home to the Department of Defence Headquarters, Airforce Headquarters and Australian Defence Force Academy (ADFA) which is a tri-service military academy. The Health Centre opened mid-2022 and is a large facility. It services approximately 7000 military personnel, including trainee officers from both ADFA and Royal Military College. There is a 24-bed low dependency ward which operates 24/7. Services provided include primary medical, aviation & underwater medical, nursing, dental, mental health, pharmaceutical and physiotherapy. Defence Force Recruitment for medical officers is in addition to health centre roles. Standard hours of operation are generally 0800-1600 Monday to Friday (depending on role requirements and specific craft groups required for weekend and on-call shifts).
This role is Monday, Thursday and Fridays, we may have some flexibility in days.
