Our Opportunity
We're looking for a skilled Dozer Operator who is ready to hit the ground running and be part of something big. If you're passionate about your craft, take pride in your work, and want a company that actually has your back, this is the role for you.
Full-time and permanent, with consistent work across Sydney and NSW.
What You'll Be Doing
- Operating dozers (D6 to D10) across dynamic civil construction sites throughout Sydney and NSW
- Upholding the highest safety and quality standards
- Delivering precise, efficient work that keeps projects on program and budget
- Collaborating with site teams and operational staff to get the job done right
- Keeping your machinery in peak condition through routine inspections
- Living and breathing our health, safety, and environmental values every single day
Skills and Experiences:
What You'll Bring
- Valid VOC and SOA for Dozer operation and all required heavy machinery licences
- A valid Australian Driver's Licence and White Card
- 3+ years of proven Dozer operating experience in civil construction
- A team-first attitude with the confidence to work autonomously when needed
- Sharp communication skills and a professional presence on site
- An uncompromising commitment to safety, quality, and attention to detail
