Bertas is a fast-paced deli focused on quality food, coffee, drinks and baked goods. We’re looking for a barista who can handle busy service, stay consistent, and work as part of a tight team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Dialling in and preparing espresso and batch brew
- Preparing an array of non-coffee based drinks
- Maintaining speed and consistency during peak service
- Serving customers across bar, till and floor
- Keeping the bar clean, stocked and organised
- Supporting the team to keep service moving
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in a similar role at a high-volume venue
- Strong coffee fundamentals and attention to detail
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Good communication and team mindset
- Pride in your work and continual willingness to improve
