What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable first point of contact for P&C queries, supporting managers and employees across the Group. Your work responsibilities will include:
Generalist HR Support:
- Providing timely, accurate P&C advice aligned with legislation, policies and EBAs.
- Supporting managers with day‑to‑day P&C queries and escalating matters when needed.
- Coordinating probation reviews, letters and employee lifecycle documentation.
- Maintaining HR personnel files and ensuring data accuracy.
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Managing end‑to‑end recruitment across the Group.
- Sitting on interview panels and conducting pre‑employment checks.
- Supporting hiring managers to deliver a great candidate experience.
Learning & Development:
- Administering the Group’s e‑Learning platform.
- Maintaining training records and generating compliance reports.
HR Projects & Reporting:
- Assisting with Group-wide P&C initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
- Preparing P&C metrics and monthly reporting.
- Supporting WorkCover and injury management processes.
This role will report to the P&C Business Partner and collaborates closely with the wider P&C Team.
