Ahmet’s Turkish Restaurant, a busy 250-seat restaurant located in South Bank, is looking for an experienced Duty Manager to join our team.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will work alongside the team to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Supervisor or Duty Manager role within hospitality
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to manage a busy service and lead a team effectively
- Full Australian working rights required
