We’re on the lookout for a Channel Development Manager to step into this newly created role and turn insight into impact for an iconic South Australian brand. As part of our Sales team, you’ll lead the category conversation, using data, customer understanding, and commercial thinking to unlock growth, shape strategy, and bring innovation to life. You’ll partner closely with customers to influence decisions, optimise performance, and ensure our products don’t just sit on shelf, but stand out and succeed.

You’ll turn data into direction, analysing category, customer, and Beerenberg sales performance to uncover trends, generate insights, and identify clear growth opportunities.

You’ll lead the category conversation, owning customer-facing category reviews and delivering compelling, insight-led recommendations on ranging, space, and portfolio optimisation.

You’ll bring strategy to the shelf, providing data-backed planogram, ranging, and space optimisation insights that maximise performance and visibility.
