- Develop and maintain customer relationships within the Mining, Industrial, and Hazardous Area Equipment (HAE) arena.
- Actively drive and seek out new sales opportunities across the full Crouse Hinds product bandwidth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Electrical Consultants, Electrical Contractors, Wholesalers and End Users.
- Negotiate sales with existing and new customers who are of strategic importance to Crouse Hinds.
- Selling and on-site demonstrations with solution-based problem solving.
- Personal involvement with the full sales lifecycle and the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Diploma of Illumination and Lighting design or equivalent Electrical Trade Certification is preferred.
- Previous Sale Experience would be favourable.
Knowledge of Industrial Electrical Applications, Hazardous Experience preferred, proven sales, marketing and customer relations experience.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales environment selling electrical equipment. Experience in Hazardous Area Equipment and/or industrial Lighting a bonus
- Superb communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as a team member.
- Exemplary customer service skills
- In-depth knowledge of Industrial Electrical Applications and Hazardous experience preferred.
