About The role
This is a newly created and exciting opportunity to help shape and develop a contemporary and industry-informed MBA program for Ikon Institute, with a particular focus on Human Services and Social Enterprise Management (HSSE).
Our aim to develop industry specific MBA program that embeds industry trends to create authentic learning experience and strong academic outcomes.
This is a project-based opportunity that will be managed as a casual engagement.
This role will be managed remotely.
We seek expertise across the following disciplines:

Human services and social enterprise management - (1) Business for Social Impact (2) Work and Social Futures (3) Leading People and Programs in HSSE
Education, Experience & Skills

PhD (AQF Level 10) in a relevant discipline (or AQF Level 9 with substantial standing

Demonstrated advanced postgraduate subject design experience

Demonstrated scholarly and industry depth, pedagogical sophistication and creativity in developing content

Demonstrated experience in translating contemporary scholarship and industry trends into applied MBA learning
-
Highly developed interpersonal skills

Excellent numeracy, oral, and written communication skills

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively and to lead by example

Innovative thinking and proactive work habits with a demonstrated eye for detail

IT literacy, particularly Microsoft Office and any learning management system
