The Position
We seek a full-time Guest Services Agent/Guest Service Operator to join our front office department. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will ensure they have a seamless and enjoyable stay.
About You
- A minimum of 1 year experience in a guest service agent role within a 5-star hotel environment
- A natural talent for conversation and connection
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- You have a keen eye for detail and a positive attitude
- Demonstrated focus and passion for creating exceptional guest experience’s
- Proficiency in hotel booking systems with prior knowledge of Opera Cloud an advantage
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
