Support Worker – SIL Home (Drouin, VIC)
As a Team Leader managing a Supported Independent Living (SIL) home, we are currently seeking a reliable and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in the Drouin, VIC area.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering person-centred support, values consistency and structure, and is comfortable providing practical, hands-on assistance within a home and community environment.
About the Role
In this position, you will work collaboratively within a SIL team to support participants in achieving their individual goals and maintaining their independence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing general in-home support, including cleaning, tidying, and meal preparation
- Assisting with daily living tasks and established routines
- Supporting participants to attend appointments, community access, and social activities
- Offering meaningful companionship and emotional support
- Promoting independence, choice, and overall wellbeing in line with individual care plans
About You

Requirements
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- National Police Check
- Current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Experience in disability, aged care, or community support (preferred)
- Relevant qualifications (Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or similar) are desirable but not essential
