Fridge Filters Australia is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our Adamstown team on a permanent, full-time basis. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, your duties include:
- Take around 20 - 30 inbound calls per day from customers needing replacement fridge filters
- Make around 75-100 outbound calls a day
- Use phone, email and our CRM to place orders, track deliveries and resolve product queries
- Support outbound customer engagement and marketing programs (no cold calling)
- Handle general admin and keep customer records accurate
- Help maintain strong relationships with our [add scale, e.g. "growing base of thousands of customers"]
Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
