About you
To be considered for this role, you will be able to demonstrate,
- A minimum of 5+ years' PAE in commercial disputes or litigation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, drafting and problem-solving skills
- Experience to efficiently deliver practical and quality outcomes for all parties and demonstrate an aptitude of learning and flexibility in service delivery
- Excellent interpersonal skills will assist you to quickly establish strong relationships with clients, colleagues and Firm stakeholders.
- A proactive attitude and desire to learn from experienced litigators

Your role
Recognised for their ability to handle complex and commercial disputes, our Disputes & Investigations group has unrivalled experience in conducting proceedings, negotiations and settlements through court, mediations and arbitrations across a broad range of industries. The group is well-known and respected for their application of sound legal, forensic, investigative and evidentiary skills in complex, multi-party litigation and disputes.
The Disputes & Investigations group covers all aspects of general commercial litigation and financial regulatory matters as well as dispute resolution. Working closely with partners across our Sydney and interstate offices, you would be joining a dynamic, experienced and highly reputable team, with an existing portfolio of a diverse range of clients and matters, ranging from advising ASX listed companies, corporate regulators and medium to large corporates on a variety of contentious issues including:
- commercial and contractual disputes;
- negligence claims;
- allegations of misleading or deceptive conduct;
- regulatory matters;
- disputes concerning directors/shareholders; and
- property (real and intellectual) and construction disputes.
