What we need:
- Strong barista skills and confidence on the machine
- Solid knowledge of coffee extraction and workflow
- Reliable, punctual, and steady under pressure
- Good customer service with a straightforward, respectful attitude
- Ability to work as part of a team and keep the place tidy
- Experience in a busy café is preferred
What you’ll do:
- Prepare quality coffee, every cup the same
- Handle till and customer orders
- Maintain a clean workspace and follow café standards
- Support the team during peak times
