The Role
The Content Partnerships Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of content partnerships across agency clients and external partners.
The role combines strong project management, stakeholder management and partnership expertise with a passion for creativity, culture and innovative brand solutions. Success in this role requires someone who can confidently manage multiple projects simultaneously while contributing partnership ideas, identifying opportunities and building strong relationships with clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day delivery of content partnerships from approval through to completion.
- Develop and manage implementation plans, timelines and workflows.
- Coordinate internal agency teams, clients, media partners, talent and suppliers throughout campaign delivery.
- Act as a key day-to-day contact for clients and external partners, building and maintaining positive working relationships across agency and partner stakeholders.
- Assist in the creation of client proposals, recommendation and supporting materials.
- Identify emerging cultural trends, media opportunities and partnership opportunities relevant to clients.
- Manage campaign budgets, trackers and financial administration.
- Support commercial negotiations with partners and suppliers in partnership with investment teams.
- Lead post-campaign reporting processes and analyse campaign results and identify key learnings.
- Track partnership performance against agreed objectives and KPIs and develop recommendations to improve future partnership activity.
About you
- 3-5 years' experience within content partnerships, sponsorship, media, branded content, experiential, entertainment marketing or related fields.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working with clients, media owners, talent or external partners.
- Experience coordinating campaign delivery from planning through to reporting.
- Strong project and workflow management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capability.
- Passionate about creativity, culture and innovative marketing and culturally curious.
