About the role

As a People and Culture Business Partner at ATSICHS Brisbane, you’ll provide expert HR advice and drive key initiatives across employee relations, compliance, and policy. This role offers the opportunity to lead meaningful change and support a culturally strong, people-first organisation.
Duties
- Provide expert advice on employee relations, including grievances, investigations, and performance management matters.
- Support application of industrial instruments and manage complex cases like termination, fit-for-work, and disciplinary actions.
- Lead the development, review, and implementation of People & Culture policies and procedures.
- Assist with data analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement of HR systems and processes.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and assist in related implementation and monitoring activities.
- Act as a delegate for the People and Culture Manager when required.
- Lead and contribute to HR projects, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.
- Deliver high-quality service in line with SLAs, with a strong focus on internal customer satisfaction.

Benefits
- Starting Salary of $110, 937 per annum (depending on qualification and experience) + 12% Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging (Increases your take home pay).

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or other relevant field.
- Experience in an advisory Human Resources role.
- Experience in providing human resources and employee relations advice and services.
- Experience in developing and implementing policies and procedures.
- Experience in leading people and culture projects and change management activities across the organisation.
- Experience in analysing and evaluating data.
- National Police Certificate.
- Blue Card or willing to apply.
- Driver's License.
- Evidence of Work Rights.
- Travel between work sites on regular basis.
Desirable
- Experience working in a complex and changing organisation.
- Experience working in a Community Services and / or Health Services organisation.
