About the Role
Based in Bunbury, the Concierge is the first point of contact for clients and visitors to Home Collective. You will deliver a warm, professional and memorable customer experience, connecting visitors with the right people, supporting showroom activities and ensuring Home Collective operates smoothly and efficiently.
This is a part-time parental leave cover opportunity, working one day per week (Monday) from 8:00am to 5:00pm, with a one-hour unpaid lunch break. This role is ideal for someone seeking a consistent, customer-focused position with family-friendly hours.
Core Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients and visitors to Home Collective.
- Connect customers with the appropriate team members.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and hospitality.
- Coordinate meeting rooms and guest services.
- Maintain presentation standards across showroom and display areas.
- Manage customer café stock and customer lockers.
- Support showroom tours and assist with sales enquiries.
About You
You are a friendly, professional and customer-focused individual who enjoys building relationships and creating positive customer experiences. An ideal candidate will possess:
- Exceptional customer service and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong communication, organisation and multitasking abilities.
- Professional, approachable and confident in a front-of-house environment.
