Purpose:
As a Rapid Field Merchandiser in this hands on role, you are responsible for merchandising our products in across Bunnings stores in Western Australia, maintaining high standards of product displays and planogram compliance.

Key duties and responsibilities:
- Optimise product visibility, increase sales, and enhance overall presentation of Rapid’s products in line with Bunnings’s planogram and Rapid’s merchandising guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels, perform inventory checks, and range & planogram integrity.
- You will be required to execute product relays, range relay & rollouts and promotional drops in your territory across Western Australia.
Background and role requirements:
- Bunnings/Hardware Merchandising experience highly desired.
- Current Australian drivers’ licence & reliable car. Car Allowance provided.
- Willingness to travel wide across Perth metro region to various Bunnings locations on a daily basis.
- Regional travel will be required across stores in Western Australia.
- Capacity to carry and lift up to 16kgs / climb a step ladder and complete manual tasks in store. Our products are bulky!
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
